Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the site should be directed to email@example.com New Vinyl: Defective goods need to be reported to us via email, within 48 hours of receipt, will qualify for a full refund and will need to be returned to us (at our expense). If an order received contains the incorrect stock, a full refund will be issued and a courier will be sent to collect the stock from you at our expense. Used Vinyl: Please note that used records are sold “as is” and due to the nature of the product, might contain scratches or defects that may affect playback. We have graded all second-hand records to the best of our abilities according to this guide, however, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and uninterrupted playback. If you are unhappy with the quality of the used vinyl that you received, and believe that its grading is incorrect and that playback is adversely affected, contact us. Should the vinyl not live up to your expectations based on the guide and our grading, we’ll refund you in full.
