Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services on this website is subject to availability. In cases of non-availability, we will refund the customer in full within 7 days..
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the site should be directed to admin@mrvinyl.co.za
New Vinyl:
Defective goods need to be reported to us via email, within 48 hours of receipt, will qualify for a full refund and will need to be returned to us (at our expense). If an order received contains the incorrect stock, a full refund will be issued and a courier will be sent to collect the stock from you at our expense.
Used Vinyl:
Please note that used records are sold “as is” and due to the nature of the product, might contain scratches or defects that may affect playback. We have graded all second-hand records to the best of our abilities according to this guide, however, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and uninterrupted playback.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the used vinyl that you received, and believe that its grading is incorrect and that playback is adversely affected, contact us. Should the vinyl not live up to your expectations based on the guide and our grading, we will refund you in full.
Turntables, Amplifiers, Speakers & Hi Fi Equipment:
A standard manufacturer warranty of 1 year on all new turntables and Hi Fi equipment is in place for all flaws and defects on factory-installed parts only. You are required to keep original packaging, as in some instances, manufacturers will void the warranty if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Consumables and wearables, such as turntable belts, cartridges or styli
- Damage due to human error, misuse, improper handling or operation beyond that defined in the instruction manual
Belts and Replacement Stylus:
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer returns or refunds for replacement belts and replacement styli. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct replacement belt or stylus when processing your order.
