The Performance Cork & Rubber Turntable Mat is a high end mat for audiophiles looking to upgrade from the stock mats provided with their turntables.
Made from a unique cork rubber composite which uses two different layers. The firmer hand sanded upper surface which ensures the perfect adhesion between record and mate, and a softer composite below hugging the turntable platter.
This combination avoids static load, dampens and absorbs unwanted vibrations eliminating resonant properties.
Expect an improved dynamic range with a tighter defined bass response, definition in the mid-range with a cleaner high-frequency presentation. The sonic thumbprint of your turntable is simply non-existent and you are left with the intended natural and realistic performance.

Product Care:
When not in use ensure turntable lid is closed or the mat is covered. You can use a slightly damp cloth from time to time to gently brush off any dust that might have accumulated. The leather insert can be gently polished with Dubbin to keep its natural shine.
