Your payment has been received and cleared when your order is changed from ‘on hold’ to ‘processing’.
We only accept Paypal as a form of payment by special order for customers placing orders from outside of South Africa. If you are ordering from outside of South Africa, and you are not prepared to use a credit card or pay via Payfast, please contact us so that we can arrange a Paypal invoice for you.

When ordering online, you will have 1 hour to complete payment if you selected the Payfast payment option.
If you selected the EFT option, you will have 7 days to complete payment before your order is cancelled.
If you have overpaid or accidentally paid for an order twice by EFT, please Contact Us and we will process a refund after the funds have cleared and after 7 business days as a fraud prevention requirement.
When placing an order online, you will be given two payment options:
