Do you buy records?

Yes! We buy vinyl records.  Please visit this page to find out more about what we buy, what we don’t buy and what information we need from you in order to make an offer.

Do you have a turntable for me to test records on?

Confirming that we do have turntables to play test records on.

I Don’t See Payfast As A Payment Option, Please Help:

This is likely because the currency is set to USD, GBP or Euros. Using the currency selector, change the currency to South African Rand (ZAR) and you will see Payfast. If this still isn’t working for you, please contact us:

Do you accept bitcoin?

Not at the moment.

Can I pay the courier cash for my order?

No.  Orders need to be paid for in advance before we dispatch them.

How do I know when my payment has been received and cleared?

Your payment has been received and cleared when your order is changed from ‘on hold’ to ‘processing’.

What Is ZAR?

ZAR (South African Rands) is the currency used in South Africa.

How long do I have to pay for an order?

When ordering online, you will have 1 hour to complete payment if you selected the Payfast payment option.

If you selected the EFT option, you will have 7 days to complete payment before your order is cancelled.

I overpaid for my order / paid twice – now what?

If you have overpaid or accidentally paid for an order twice by EFT, please Contact Us and we will process a refund after the funds have cleared and after 7 business days as a fraud prevention requirement.
